Animal Allergies

If you have severe allergies to cats or dogs, please discuss this with the therapist before your appointment. While the massage room is a "pet-free zone," there are animals on the premises.

 

Scheduling Policies
It is understood that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In a desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee if your appointment time cannot be filled. This amount must be paid at the start of your next scheduled appointment. See the FAQ's page if you're unsure how to reschedule online. If you can't reschedule online, please call, text, or email the therapist directly.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged the full massage price for their missed appointment.

 

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending on how late you are, the therapist will have to determine whether a massage can still be done. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible to pay for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time or a few minutes early. Five minutes early is recommended in order to get your full "hands on" time. This allows time to check in with the therapist about your current bodywork goals, disrobe, and be on the table by your appointment time.

 

 

The therapist reserves the right to terminate the session at any point for any client who is being belligerent or inappropriate, or who is showing signs of intoxication or illness which would contraindicate massage.
